Merchandise may be returned to any of the 13 G. M. Pollack and Sons convenient locations within 30 days of receipt of order.Original receipt must accompany merchandise, which is being returned.Refunds are processed based on the original credit card used for purchase.

Shipping Policy

• Our primary shipping method is FedEx 2Day.
• Shipments to PO Boxes, APO/FPO and other such address will be delivered via U.S. Priority Mail (USPS). The shipping rates vary.
• RING SIZING: All rings are shipped in their standard size. If you need a ring sized please visit the nearest G.M. Pollack and Sons location for the first sizing free of charge.
• All orders are subject to credit and address verification. For your protection, all FedEx shipments require a customer signature upon delivery.
• You will be notified, via email, if the merchandise you have ordered is not available for immediate shipment. If this is not acceptable, you may cancel your order by calling 1.800.244.8455.

Overnight Delivery
Orders for overnight delivery must be placed prior to 3:00 p.m. Eastern time to be received on the next business day by 5:00 p.m. Overnight delivery is not available for orders to Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii or on international orders.

Saturday Delivery
FedEx Saturday delivery is not available in all areas. Please contact FedEx at 1-800-GO-FedEx (800-463-3339) to find out if its available in your area before choosing it as your preferred shipping method. Saturday delivery orders can only be placed on Thursday after 10:00 a.m. Eastern time through Friday at 3:00 p.m. Eastern time.
